Plastic sprayers are the pump and spray mechanisms that let perfume and personal care liquids be dispensed from a bottle in a controlled way. Usually moulded from durable plastics such as polypropylene, they attach to the bottle neck with a screw or snap fit, and the dip tube draws the liquid upward and feeds it to the actuator.

The plastic sprayer range we offer is divided into a few types according to how the product is applied. Mist sprayers release perfume as a fine spray, lotion pumps are designed for thicker, creamy formulas, and trigger-operated heads complete the family. Each is standardised by neck size (such as 18/410, 24/410 and 28/410) and dosage to fit specific bottles.
